Our Policy
Due to the nature of our products—coffee beans, ground coffee, loose-leaf tea, and bagged tea—which are perishable food items, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy once an order has been shipped or picked up.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns or Issue Refunds

Food Safety and Hygiene: As food products, we cannot guarantee the safety or integrity of the item once it has left our facility. For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot restock or resell any food product that has been returned.

Perishable Nature: Coffee and tea are sensitive to their environment and can degrade quickly when exposed to air, moisture, or heat. Returns could compromise the quality and freshness of the product.

Quality Guarantee: We ensure all products are inspected and packaged to meet our high standards before shipping.
